Scrutiny of
public figures is not essentially intrusive, as these figures owe their fame
& recognition to the general public, and therefore attempts to investigate
and know their private lives are needed in a free economy, as they give key
insights into the private lives of those individuals, eventually helping us to understand
how that shapes the individual’s public life, and therefore his disposition
towards us.
